Customer Service Coordinator
We have partnered with a leading Organisation based In the Solihull area who are recruiting for a full-time permanent Customer Service Advisor.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will report into the Customer Service Manager, ensuring that customers are provided with the upmost level of customer service.
The role offers hybrid and flexible working patterns and occasional travel maybe required as part of the role to other sites in the UK and sometimes internationally for training/development.
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role:
·Experience In a similar role/high end customer services role.
·Experience with SAP software.
·Ability to prioritise and manage workload confidently.
Key Information about the Customer Service Advisor role:
·First point of contact for customers queries and concerns.
·Investigate customer complaints.
·Responding to quotation requests.
·Processing orders in a timely and efficient manner.
·Keeping customer database accurate and up to date.
·Working alongside a number of key stakeholders across the business including account managers, finance quality and suppliers.
·Adhering to all company guideline and procedures.
