Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for aerospace customer enquiries and concerns
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including credits and debits
- Prepare and respond to quotation requests accurately and within deadlines
- Process customer orders and schedules in line with internal review procedures
- Prioritise workload to meet customer expectations and company targets
- Build knowledge of products and internal part numbering systems
- Ensure compliance with aerospace guidelines and internal procedures
- Collaborate with key account managers to support and develop customer relationships
- Work closely with technical, quality, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve queries
- Monitor and proactively manage customer orders to ensure on-time, right-first-time delivery
- Support other areas of the customer service function as business needs require
- Carry out additional duties as reasonably requested
- Previous experience in a customer service role (ideally within a technical or manufacturing environment)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms (SAP preferred)
- Comfortable working with structured procedures and workflows
- Strong IT skills and general computer literacy
- Secondary school education (or equivalent)
