KC Group are supporting a well-established client based near Redditch who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend.
The role:
- Managing the end-to-end credit control process
- Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email, and letter
- Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries
- Working closely with the wider finance team to improve cashflow
- Proven experience in a Credit Control / Finance role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with good Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, on-site finance environment
- A team player with a proactive and resilient approach
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000
