- Leading on UK and cross-border tax advisory projects, working directly with Partners.
- Managing and reviewing complex compliance work for a portfolio of clients.
- Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Supporting business development initiatives to generate new work.
- Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team, providing on-the-job training.
- Taking ownership of the financial performance of your portfolio.
- ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified.
- Significant corporate tax and accounting experience across compliance and advisory work.
- Strong technical skills, ideally with exposure to areas such as group restructures, R&D, property taxes/capital allowances.
- A proven ability to manage client relationships and spot opportunities for additional services.
- Leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing others.
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
