Corporate Finance Executive

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing M&A advisory and corporate finance firm working with entrepreneurial, high-growth, and mid-market businesses across a range of sectors. The team prides itself on delivering exceptional strategic and transactional advice, underpinned by data-driven insight, technology, and commercial expertise.
  
As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking a motivated and analytically minded individuals from a  Big 4  audit background to join their team — offering a unique opportunity to transition into Corporate Finance with hands-on exposure across M&A, valuations, business sales, and debt advisory. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA-qualified (or newly qualified) accountant looking to make their first move into Corporate Finance within a progressive, tech-led environment.
  
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you’ll play an integral role in supporting live transactions, building financial models, valuing businesses, and assisting in the preparation of marketing and client materials. You’ll gain full end-to-end exposure to the deal process while working closely with experienced corporate financiers, gaining both client-facing and analytical experience early on.
  
  • Support the execution of buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising mandates.
  • Assist with financial modelling, business valuations, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Prepare information memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentations.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential acquisition or investment targets.
  • Support due diligence processes and coordination of transaction deliverables.
  • Liaise directly with clients, investors, and other advisors.
  • Utilise data-driven tools and technology platforms to support analysis and origination activities.
  • Gain exposure across M&A, valuations, debt advisory, and strategic business sales.
About you:
  • ACA-qualified or newly qualified (Big4 firm).
  • Strong technical grounding in financial statements, accounting, and analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial information clearly.
  • Commercially aware, with genuine interest in M&A and the deal process.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction and collaborative teamwork.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial modelling desirable.
  • Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
