Key Responsibilities of the Business Support Officer role Include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and data support to the team.
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate venues.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, dealing sensitively with families and professionals.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and case files.
- Track key information and performance data to ensure data quality.
- Take and transcribe accurate minutes for large and complex meetings.
- Support colleagues and occasionally assist with supervision or training.
- Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling confidential information and working with discretion.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths required; NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration desirable.
Key Information Includes:
- Location: Solihull (some travel across the borough may be required)
- Rate: £13.90 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, temporary assignment
