KC Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation to recruit a creative and enthusiastic Business Development & Marketing Coordinator.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing and business development strategy at a senior level.
  
Working closely with the Board and Divisional Directors, you will support and deliver a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in producing high-quality marketing materials, driving digital engagement, and supporting strategic growth plans.
  
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating bid and tender processes, managing portals and ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and of the highest standard
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies
  • Creating engaging marketing content and literature across digital and print platforms
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and delivery
  
  
About You:
  • Previous experience within a professional services environment, ideally with exposure to procurement, bids or tender processes
  • Confident using tender and procurement portals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and contributing at board level
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
  
  
What’s on Offer:
  • Salary between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
