About the Role
We are looking to recruit ambitious Qualified or Part-Qualified Auditors to join one of the South West’s largest and fastest-growing audit teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied portfolio of clients, including large corporates, rapidly expanding owner-managed businesses, academy trusts, and charities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver audits and assurance engagements from planning through to completion under UK GAAP
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
  • Coach and develop junior team members, contributing to a strong and supportive audit team
  • Support continuous improvement across audit processes and overall client service
About You
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part-Qualified (full study support available if required)
  • Experience delivering a range of audit assignments with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working closely with clients
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Team-focused, proactive, and committed to supporting wider team success
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
Why This Firm?

You’ll be joining a well-established, reputable, and rapidly expanding practice with a strong regional presence across the South West. The firm has seen significant year-on-year growth and provides full-service expertise across a diverse client base, from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to larger organisations, schools, not-for-profits, and private individuals.

As part of a large international network, the firm offers excellent resources, global connectivity, and opportunities for further development. With multiple offices, a strong partner group, and over 500 people across the business, you’ll be part of a firm with both capability and ambition.
Benefits
  • Competitive holiday allowance plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
  • Hybrid working
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Life assurance
  • Health cashback plan (including 24/7 online GP and counselling services)
  • Access to a rewards and discounts platform with thousands of perks
  • Employee wellbeing and engagement apps
  • Regular social events through active social committees
  • Clear pathways for training, development, and progression
Flexible & Inclusive Working

Applications are welcomed from individuals seeking flexible arrangements, including part-time hours or home working. The firm is committed to maintaining an inclusive environment where everyone has equal opportunity to reach their full potential.
