Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE & qualification)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audits and supervise assistants within the audit team to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and audit statutory accounts.
- Manage workloads to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients to obtain required information and maintain professional relationships.
- Investigate audit issues and propose solutions.
- Take responsibility for own workload, performance indicators, and development.
- Identify opportunities for additional work or cross-selling services.
- Develop and coach assistants, providing on-the-job training and guidance.
- Organise a small client portfolio as lead auditor.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay updated on auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.
- Actively participate in professional development and internal training sessions.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
- ACA / ACCA recently qualified or finalist.
- Minimum 3 years relevant audit experience.
- Strong analytical and compliance skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software; driving licence preferred.
