The Opportunity
You'll work closely with seniors and managers to support on larger assignments, perform audit procedures, and assist in delivering high-quality work across a varied client portfolio. The firm prides itself on creating a culture where learning, collaboration, and work-life balance go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete audit and assurance tasks to a high standard, supporting seniors and managers.
- Lead smaller assignments with support from the wider team.
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a professional point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and technical developments.
- Take an active role in professional development and training opportunities.
- ACA / ACCA part-qualified (or finalist).
- Around 2 years' experience within an audit or accounts role in practice.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine interest in developing within audit.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Positive, team-focused attitude with an eagerness to learn.
- Driving licence preferred.
- Competitive salary in the range of £28,000 - £36,000.
