The Opportunity
You'll work closely with seniors and managers to support on larger assignments, perform audit procedures, and assist in delivering high-quality work across a varied client portfolio. The firm prides itself on creating a culture where learning, collaboration, and work-life balance go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete audit and assurance tasks to a high standard, supporting seniors and managers.
  • Lead smaller assignments with support from the wider team.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a professional point of contact.
  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and technical developments.
  • Take an active role in professional development and training opportunities.
About You
  • ACA / ACCA part-qualified (or finalist).
  • Around 2 years' experience within an audit or accounts role in practice.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine interest in developing within audit.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with an eagerness to learn.
  • Driving licence preferred.
