We are working with a well-established and highly respected independent accountancy and advisory practice with a strong presence across the South West. Their audit team delivers high-quality services to a diverse portfolio of clients, from owner-managed businesses to not-for-profit organisations, ensuring a smooth and insightful audit process.

With continued growth across their Bristol and Gloucestershire offices, they are looking for a motivated Part-Qualified Audit Associate to join their expanding team. • Helping to mentor and support apprentices and less experienced team members.
  • Reviewing work to ensure audit objectives are met and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Identifying areas of risk within a client’s business and helping to define the appropriate audit approach.
What we’re looking for
  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified.
  • Experience working within an audit team in a UK accountancy practice.
  • Good project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.
What’s on offer
  • Competitive salary plus profit share scheme.
  • Full study support to help you complete your qualification.
  • Paid flexitime and hybrid working arrangements.
  • Contribution towards parking.
  • Life assurance (4x annual salary).
  • Health and wellbeing benefits, including discounted gym membership, online GP appointments, mental health first aiders, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Regular firm-wide and team social events.
  • Clear progression structure with excellent career development opportunities.
If you are looking to continue your audit career in a supportive and ambitious environment, where you will work with a broad range of clients and enjoy clear progression opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
