Their audit team delivers high-quality services to a diverse portfolio of clients, from owner-managed businesses to not-for-profit organisations, ensuring a smooth and insightful audit process.
With continued growth across their Bristol and Gloucestershire offices, they are looking for a motivated Part-Qualified Audit Associate to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work closely with a variety of clients, and take on more responsibility as you progress towards qualification.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting in the delivery of audits from planning through to completion for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
- Working directly with clients, building strong professional relationships, and delivering a high-quality service.
- Helping to mentor and support apprentices and less experienced team members.
- Reviewing work to ensure audit objectives are met and compliance standards are maintained.
- Identifying areas of risk within a client’s business and helping to define the appropriate audit approach.
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified.
- Experience working within an audit team in a UK accountancy practice.
- Good project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.
