Key Responsibilities
- Audit Engagements: Lead audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of audit methodologies.
- ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified.
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience in auditing clients across various industries.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
