The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with minimal supervision from senior management.
- Support the delivery of revenue and profitability targets for your engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a broad range of sectors.
- Play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Review accounts and provide advice for more complex clients.
- Deliver audit engagements from planning through to completion, managing audit teams throughout the process.
- Conduct planning and close-out meetings, ensuring a seamless audit cycle.
- Assist in staff resourcing across audits and liaise closely with Partners and fellow managers.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, providing technical support and conducting appraisals.
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience auditing clients across various industries.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- A passion for mentoring and supporting team members.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Competitive salary: £42,000 to £52,000 depending on experience.
