This is a varied role where you will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and support the smooth coordination of activities. You will work closely with engineers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient, professional service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities as Administrator will include:
- Handling incoming customer calls
- Scheduling planned maintenance visits and emergency callouts
- Coordinating internal and external engineers
- Preparing service quotations
- Raising and issuing invoices
- Maintaining accurate service records in line with internal processes
- Providing general administrative support to the service team as required
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (essential)
- Confident communicator with a professional, reassuring manner
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
