We are looking for a enthusiastic and driven Administrator to join a busy design company supporting the smooth daily running of their busy production workroom. This position combines administrative accuracy with hands-on involvement, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver high-quality soft furnishings and exceptional service.

This is a fully office based role Monday to Friday 7.30-4.30 based near Stirchley in Birmingham. 

Key Responsibilities as a Administrator include:
  • Assist with preparing quotes.
  • Support ordering processes.
  • Use SAP to create job numbers for incoming projects, update status, potential and summary fields.
  • Run and distribute the weekly WIP report.
  • Prepare the workroom schedule, outlining what needs to be made and by when.
  • Ensure all items are completed and ready to leave the workroom on time.
  • Assist with general queries within the workroom.

  • Solid administrative proficiency
  • Effective time management
  • Problem-solving mindset
