We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established and friendly team based in Coventry.
This is a full-time temporary role for 12 weeks, with an immediate start required, so you must be available to begin straight away.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to multiple departments
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and records accurately
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Handling telephone calls and directing queries appropriately
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting diary management
- Scanning, filing, and organising digital and paper documents
- Assisting with data entry and invoice processing
- Supporting the wider team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability
