Operations Manager
Experience:
As Operations Manager, I am involved in the day-to-day running of the office and ensure the smooth functioning of our internal systems and processes. I manage everything from facilities, supplier contracts, and compliance to IT systems, data protection, and health & safety. I also play a key role in supporting Directors with strategic projects, and ensuring our administrative operations — including audits, job board management, and marketing updates — run efficiently. My role is all about creating structure and enabling the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

I’ve been working in recruitment since 2013 when I joined KC Group (formerly Kate+Co) as a Resourcer for the Business Support permanent division. With a background in marketing and travel, I’ve developed a strong understanding of process efficiency and the importance of seamless internal operations, which are crucial in delivering a smooth and effective recruitment experience.

What I love about recruitment:
Although I’m not in a front-line recruitment role, I love being part of an industry that changes lives. Behind the scenes, I enjoy being involved in creating efficient systems, improving processes, and supporting the wider team so they can deliver the best possible service to candidates and clients.

Outside of work:
When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me spending time with my family, enjoying days out (usually involves eating) and I also enjoy a good crime documentary 😊
