I started my recruitment career in 1999 after a brief stint working for the MOD and PWC I registered with a high street recruitment company and they offered me the job on the spot.
I’ve been working in recruitment since ever since specialising in predominantly in interim and contract recruitment and brought Kate+Co with my then business partner back in 2006.
What I love about recruitment:
Everything! I love the buzz of getting a candidate a job and I love training recruiters to be the very best that they can be, helping clients create their hiring strategy and all the ups and downs that go in-between.
Outside of work:
When I’m not recruiting, you will find me playing taxi service to my 2 children Grace and Isabella, eating nice food with my husband Richard or taking a nice long dog walk with my Cavachon Tilly.
