Experience:
I specialise in HR recruitment across a range of different verticals, with experience supporting clients across the UK and EMEA. I primarily recruit for HR roles at all levels, partnering with businesses across various industries — from SMEs through to large corporates.
I’ve been working in recruitment for over 2 years and joined KC Group in Feb 2023. During this time, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the HR landscape, supporting a wide variety of clients across different sectors. I’m continually building on my knowledge and expertise through hands-on experience, industry insights, and ongoing professional development — ensuring I stay up to date with the evolving needs of both clients and candidates.
What I love about recruitment:
What I love about recruitment, especially in the HR space, is the opportunity to connect with people from a wide range of industry backgrounds, cultures, and HR specialisms. I find it really interesting hearing about different company cultures and what they’re doing to support and develop their people. It’s great to be part of that journey, whether it’s helping someone find the right role or supporting a business as they grow their team.
Outside of work:
When I’m not recruiting, you’ll probably find me doing something active or in the kitchen — I’ve always been sports mad and love getting involved with most sports. I also enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes (even if sometimes they don’t go as planned), especially when I can use ingredients from my own veg patch 🍅😃
