I specialise in Temporary and Contract Solutions across Business Operations, UK nationwide and also Internationally. I primarily recruit for Administrators, Customer Service Advisors, PA’s, EA’s all the way through to Senior L&D Program Directors on an interim basis partnering with small SME’s to Global Corporate Organisations.
I’ve been working in recruitment since 2012 and joined KC Group formerly Kate+Co Limited in 2019. With a strong background in Sales from my time working within the Transport and Logistics, I’ve developed a strong understanding of building strong strategic sales pipelines and have mastered the art of business relationships, which helps me deliver tailored solutions for both candidates and clients.
What I love about recruitment:
I thrive on building long-term relationships and playing a part in people’s career journeys. There is never a day that is the same, whether that be speaking with a candidate who is looking for their next rewarding position or a client that is simply looking for some advice and guidance on how we can imbed our service into their recruitment strategies. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone land their dream job or supporting a business as they grow their team.
Outside of work:
When I’m not recruiting, I am a social butterfly. You’ll either find me in the gym at 6am or trying that new restaurant that everyone raves about !! I also enjoy spending time with family and friends making travel arrangements see what the world has to offer !!
