I specialise in Business Operations across the UK and globally, I primarily recruit for PA’s, EA’s, Office Managers and Operations professionals partnering with clients from a wide range of sectors from professional services to manufacturing.
I have been working in recruitment for over 18 years and have been with KC Group nearly 13 years! I started my recruitment career recruiting in Children’s Social Care for 5 years before joining KC Group where I have built a successful division here, something I am very proud of whilst working part time and juggling a career and a family.
What I love about recruitment:
I have always been a people person; I love building long-term meaningful relationships and most importantly helping people to change their lives for the better! There is nothing more satisfying than recruiting a superstar for a company and watching them flourish!
Outside of work:
I enjoy family days out, discovering new local restaurants and travelling!
