Experience:
I specialise in Practice recruitment across the UK, covering roles from Part-Qualified through to Director level. I work in partnership with Top 10, mid-tier, and smaller regional firms, providing a tailored and consultative service to both clients and candidates.
I began my recruitment career in 2024 when I joined KC Group. Prior to that, I worked in Audit at a Top 30 firm in Birmingham, giving me first-hand insight into the Audit and Tax landscape. This background allows me to better understand the challenges and opportunities within the profession and deliver solutions that genuinely add value.
What I love about recruitment:
I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and take pride in playing a part in people’s career journeys. Whether it’s helping someone land their ideal role or supporting a firm as they grow their team, I find that side of recruitment incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work:
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the wakeboard lake or on the tennis court.
