I specialise in interim Accountancy & Finance recruitment across the Midlands, with a focus on transactional and part-qualified roles. I partner with a wide range of clients, from fast-paced SMEs to large corporates and shared service centres, delivering tailored, honest, and efficient recruitment solutions.
What I love about recruitment:
I’ve worked in recruitment since 2014 and joined KC Group in 2024. With a background in client-facing and account management roles, I’ve built a deep understanding of the finance market and what makes a successful hire - for both clients and candidates.
I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and being part of people’s career stories. Whether it’s supporting a candidate into their first finance role or helping a business secure a key hire, I love making a genuine impact.
Outside of work:
I’m a mum who’s passionate about good food, strong coffee, and travelling whenever I can. I enjoy getting outdoors to hike, especially if it means earning a great meal afterwards. Balance is everything - whether it’s between work and family, or between a busy day and some well-deserved downtime.
